Thank you for shopping with Motexa. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting both customers and our store. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
• A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be shipped back within 7 days after Return Authorization
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process
To request a return:

If your request qualifies, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss until the return is received and inspected.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
• Banks or card issuers may require additional processing time
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the same item is unavailable, we may issue a refund according to this policy.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that order processing or shipment has not begun.
Once fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after the item has been delivered.
6. Shipping Fees & Address Issues
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our fulfillment error or a verified product defect.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect the package
We may offer reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the product price excluding original shipping costs.
For certain orders, delivery carriers may require a signature confirmation.
If a carrier marks a package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. We will assist when possible.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
After verification, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, or refund depending on the situation.
8. International Returns
For international orders, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
If a return is not due to our error or a verified defect, customers are responsible for return shipping and any related import charges.
