Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on carrier zones, package size, and real-time carrier pricing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
After placing your order you will receive:
• An order confirmation email
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched
During peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volume periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship nationwide using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination.

Motexa does not charge additional handling fees beyond the carrier’s cost.

Customs processing delays are outside our control.
6. Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once order processing or shipment begins, we cannot modify the delivery address.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refused delivery
• Unclaimed shipment
We may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the product price excluding original shipping costs.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed or missing:
Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request additional information.
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
Motexa will assist when possible, but replacements or refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion depending on the situation.
8. Delivery Signatures for High-Value Orders
Orders with a value above $200 or shipments sent to certain destinations may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
If delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply.
9. Special Destinations
Some destinations may require extended delivery times.
This includes:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Territories
• APO/FPO addresses
• PO Boxes
Certain shipping services may be limited for these locations.
For multiple-item orders, products may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.
10. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
For U.S. orders:
Orders over $99 (after discounts, before tax) may qualify for free standard shipping, excluding oversized items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or fulfillment error.
