1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is shipped. This is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Time: Varies by destination

During peak periods such as major promotions or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

These estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delays may occur due to:

• high shipping volume periods
• carrier network disruptions

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Motexa cannot control delivery speed.

3. International Shipping Policy

Please note:

International orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

5. Delayed Deliveries

• carrier operational delays

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not started.

Once order processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost during delivery:

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Motexa is not responsible for packages that are confirmed Delivered by the carrier but later lost or stolen.

8. Holiday Season Notice

During peak shipping periods such as November and December, delivery networks may experience high demand.

Shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and customs processing delays.

We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid potential delays.

9. Shipping Rate Changes

Shipping rates may change due to:

• distance or delivery zone changes
• seasonal logistics costs

All shipping costs shown at checkout reflect real-time carrier pricing through Shopify’s shipping system.

Motexa does not charge additional handling fees beyond carrier costs.
